Broccoli, Tenderstem 0.2 kg Pack

  • Tender stem broccoli or Broccolini is a hybrid green vegetable of broccoli and Chinese kale. It is distinguished with a peppery and sweet flavor.

  • It can be steamed, grilled, fried. It is perfect with lemon, butter, chilis, garlic and tomatoes.

  • Consume fresh broccoli as soon as you can as it will not keep long. To store, mist the unwashed heads, wrap loosely in damp paper towels, and refrigerate. Use within 2 to 3 days. Do not store broccoli in a sealed container or plastic bag.

  • Roasted Tenderstem Broccoli with Garlic


    100g tenderstem broccoli
    1-2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    1 tsp olive oil


    1. Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F.
    2. Line a baking tray with parchment/baking paper. Spread the broccoli over the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and scatter over the garlic. Lightly roll the broccoli in the oil to coat.
    3. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes. 10 minutes should give a great, al dente texture. Leave a few minutes longer if you prefer it softer.
