Basil is a delicate herb that can be used whole, chopped, crushed into a paste or dried; though it loses much of its aromatic properties when dried. Serve chopped atop pizza, pasta, chicken and fish. Combine with pistachios, pinenuts and/or walnuts to make a creamy pesto sauce. Basil will keep, dry and refrigerated, for up to a week but is best when used immediately

I recently moved back from the States and I was looking for a fresh basil bunch as I used to make my own pesto sauce when I was living there, and so far this place is the first one I found that sells basil bunch in addition to basil in pot. The bunch comes in a good amount and it is so green and fresh, Definitely will purchase again
