This small size pear variety is called Ercolini. The skin is thin and smooth, light green to straw yellow and wins the side where direct sunlight, reddish. They taste delicious, have a typical grainy texture with an old-fashioned pear flavor that won't disappoint. They are sweet and not too juicy, so it's a very nifty no-mess no-fuss little fruit.
Delicious to eat fresh, this fruit is used in the preparation of juices, jams, desserts, and fruit salads.
It's recommended to store the pears at 18-20 C, and no need to store them in a bag.
