  • Edible Roccola leaves are green soft flowing-shaped leaves with a peppery flavor. They taste like watercress with attitude and make a great salad on its own, or mixed with milder lettuces. If you found it too spicy for your taste, saute them.

  • You can use Roccola as a healthy add-on topping for pizza, nachos, sandwiches, and wraps. It can be served as a side salad with nothing more than a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Should wrap it unwashed in paper towels. Then, put the wrapped Roccola into a plastic bag. And place it in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.

  • Peach Rucola Salad with Mozzarella


    2 peaches
    80 grams rucola
    150 grams mozzarella
    strawberries (optional)
    cherry tomatoes (optional)


    1. Wash peaches, rubbing to remove fuzz. Cut in half and remove pits. Thinly slice peaches. Place peach slices on a serving plate.
    2. Add rucola and Mozzarella to the plate with peaches.
    3. Add the dressing you like and toss.
