3 cups water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
- Peel ginger and chop it. Add chopped ginger to water and boil it for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in lemon juice and boil further 2 minutes then stir in honey.
- Pour into cups and serve.
