Refund Policy

At Sharbatly.club we strive to supply the highest quality products however fresh produce are natural items , non standard , and might be different from one purchase to another due to many aspects ( example : seasonality, variety , origin , packaging )

If the product you have purchased from Sharbatly.club is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will apply this refund policy.

The customer service will reply to your claims within 48 hours.

We might offer to compensate the client with a discount code to apply on your next order . The discount code doesn't expire and it's applicable only to the same Sharbatly.club account that made the purchase.

If the order is prepaid online we can offer a refund directly on your card. Refunds are approved within 3 to 5 days. After the approval , the customer bank might take several days to return the amount. This process depends on the customer bank procedures.

As per the Saudi e-commerce regulations and our terms , no food item can be physically returned upon delivery or later on.

Please make a claim in compliance with these terms ,to ask for a refund:

 

  • send an email to club@sharbatlyfruit.com or a Whatsapp text to 0507716161 
  • provide us the products name and quantity with a suitable picture that clearly shows the issue
  • notify us within 24 hours from your pickup/delivery

 

If you cannot follow this terms , you will not be eligible for a refund.

Our customer quality control will evaluate each claim .

For fresh fruit and veg , skin defects and ripeness level are not considered to be issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
