  • Zucchini, Jumbo courgette, green, 2 kg Pack is a large size of the regular zucchini. It gets a bottle shape and a lighter color compare to the regular size. Its flesh is creamy white in color with a spongy yet firm texture. The blossoms are removed to improve the product's shelf life.

  • Zucchini, Jumbo courgette, green, 2 kg Pack are mild in flavor, extremely versatile, and can be prepared in sweet or savory recipes. Sliced Zucchini squash can be grilled, steamed, sauted, or battered and fried.

  • Zucchini will keep best when kept dry and refrigerated in a closed pack.

  • Stuffed Zucchini


    4 zucchinis (middle sized)
    1 tomato
    2 onions (diced)
    1/4 cup rice
    150 grams ground meat
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 lemon (squeezed)
    3 leaves dill (minced)
    3 leaves fresh mint (minced)
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    black pepper


    1. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into two. Then grab a small spoon and scoop out their pulp. And sprinkle a pinch of salt inside each of them
    2. For the filling; Mix diced onions, rice, ground meat, 1 tbsp tomato paste, lemon juice, minced dill and fresh mint, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
    3. Stuff the zucchinis with this mixture.
    4. Slice the tomato and put a slice on each stuffed zucchini to cover the filling mixture.
    5. Dilute 1 tbsp tomato paste with water and pour it into the pot. Then pour some water (shouldn?t cover the zucchini, leave it when the water reaches the middle of the zucchini). Cover the lid on the pot, put it over the lowest heat, and cook it for about 40 minutes.
    6. You can serve it with some yogurt and garnish with dill leaves.
