  • The cep has a strong taste compared to any other mushroom. This is why it is used in many gastronomic recipes.

  • Rehydrate your dry ceps in some water or some warm milk for at least two hours of else overnight. Make sure you filter the remaining liquid from sands and soil.

  • 10g of dried ceps correspond to 100g of fresh ceps.
