Refund Policy

At we strive to supply the highest quality products however fresh produce are natural items , non standard , and might be different from one purchase to another due to many aspects ( example : seasonality, variety , origin , packaging )

If the product you have purchased from is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will apply this refund policy.





We have a 24 hour refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a refund.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to collect and return the product before processing any refund .


To start a refund process, contact us at or by Whatsapp at +966 50 771 6161 and open a claim by sharing a picture and your order number. In case of missing item, the order number is enough.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Shipping costs are not refundable.




Perishable items are not exchangeable o replaceable; however, please contact us to find a solution.



Prepaid orders can be refunded by discount code OR on the same card used for the order payment, within 1 to 5 days. Discount codes do not expire

COD ( cash on delivery) orders can be refunded by discount code OR by bank transfer. Bank transfers can take up to 15 days to be processed  



Orders can be cancelled before 11 am of the same day of the delivery/pickup at no additional charges. Prepaid orders will be refunded on the same card used for the payment, within 1 to 5 days.
