Pink Lady, Pinkids apples are a small-sized variety and a round appearance, though they can have a somewhat asymmetrical form. They are just the perfect size for kids. The skin of the apple is glossy, smooth, thin, and chewy, with pronounced lenticels. The skin also has a yellow-green tint to it, with huge patches of bright pink to red blush that darken where the surface has been exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods of time. The flesh is fine-grained, solid, and watery beneath the surface, with a dense and crisp consistency. The flesh is slow to oxidize and retains its white color for long periods of time, and it has a fibrous center core loaded with dark brown oval seeds. Pink Lady, apples have a taste sweet and sour, creating a very refreshing taste.
